This place touts itself as 'Luxury' and 'Superior' well i was completely disappointed. The rooms look OK but our room was stifling hot and the air conditioning unit broken. No soap in bathroom, no bathmats, no tea towel, no plug, no diswashing liquid, no rubbish bin, the kitchen was dirty. Shower went from hot to cold, never warm or bearable. I have stayed in much better backpackers before for a cheaper price. The room was not serviced AT ALL the whole time I was there (4 days). Things were broken/missing and the whole place smelled like hospital corridors.

The spa, sauna not working and none of the broadband portals were either. Totally disappointed.
