This hotel is very nice located and could be very cute. Unfortunately it was a bit dirty and the facilities very old. All kayaks are broken and the bike don't really look like bikes. The spa was very dirty and the tennis table was not a table.The staff was the worse thing. There was this girl at the reception who did not know at all what customer service means. She was there just to be paid and to have fun. She did not care at all about people. Finally is was very noisy all night long thought it is written to calm down after 10pm. Good points were the price which was correct and the location which was perfect. |
