The only saving grace of this hostel is the close proximity to the city.

I was in a group placed in the apartment. There were ants everywhere. Serious pest problem. Two members of our party were overcharged, I was never refunded. The $50 that i wasnt refunded was apparently for cleaning costs. We were never told where this money would go.

I cannot emphasise this enough. Do not use this hostel. In it a lovely venue. But the ownership and running of the place is bloody awful. My group's stay in Nelson was ruined, as was my perception of hostels in general.
