Hello all,

There is no question of rating here.

I am being unduly charged by Tairua Backpackers Lodge for Gateaways Backpackers in Thames.

How is this possible in todays day and age?

This is total breach of privacy by a company firstly.

The lady I spoke to at Tairua is extremely rude and unhelpful over the phone.

She fumbled when I asked her how could she charge me this way.

I want answers and support from people around here to help me get back every penny of $116.00 of my hard earned money.
